This household has been a bit crazy this last week and Destiny and I decided today nothing but fun. This morning we made fruit kolaches.
After we made apple, blueberry, and poppy seeds I told her she could make a BIG mess in the sewing room and I would clean it up.
I have been procrastinating decluttering it for a while so why not tear it apart to go through everything. Now we’re drawing and watching cartoons allin our pjs. Once mom picks her up I will work on the sewing room.
While decluttering I have been measuring each piece and paper clipping a piece of paper with the yardage on it. If the piece is smaller than 1/2 yd I am measuring and labeling it to the size. Anything smaller put aside and will see later. Big plans, may take more than this afternoon. Will post after it is done. How do you organize your work space? I am very interested.

Looks like she had a good time. I’m decluttering 2 households so the sewing room will wait for a while. I think it should all go in a laundry basket and then take out one thing at a time and find its home. Next on my list.

Great idea. I have a dresser drawer with rayon, silk, and wool blend that I made clothes when I worked. Will probably give it away
