So many Teddy Bears

Well this week has brought an onset of Teddy Bears. After making 5 for a friend I made 10 more. One for granddaughter and 9 more for the craft fair season.

Here is my cutting table. These little guys are going to have to find a new sitting place.

Today is Super Bowl Sunday and I don’t do Football. Hubby is enjoying the games so I grilled ribs, chicken, and pork chops. It was a beautiful day here in MO. I am also doing some quilting. I started a new quilt yesterday and am anxious to get the center block finished. I have always liked optical illusions (my walls in my classroom was covered with them). This is in shades of blue. My goal is to finish it by the end of the month. Quilt show in 2 months and I want to enter it.

What have you been working on this weekend? Let me know.

We are a multi generation team. We create different things and a lot of times we have fun creating with 3 generations of people. That is how we came up with our name because as you will see we are "One Creative Family". Please feel free to join us :)

      1. Not yet. I’m still not quite feeling well. Made a Dr. appointment for Monday but snow and ice are a problem here right now. Nothing like you get but we don’t handle it well here.

  1. You really have gotten a head start on craft fair stuff this winter! Those are cute bears. This weekend I cleaned up the sewing room and vacuumed the furniture/floors and lemon oiled the pianos so my big chores are done in case I move on in the sewing bee. Worked on my cross stitch yesterday and my appliqué quilt today. We had freezing rain and snow today, it is going to be another Arctic week here in SD.
