Let me see, Texas, New Mexico, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, now heading out in the morning back to New Mexico then Kansas and home. Saw some beautiful things and met some wonderful people. I am so tired and my bottom is flat from so much time in the car.. We visited 20 National Parks and took LOTS of pictures. Of course my favorite places the fabric shops. Now to figure out what to make first. Any ideas???????????
Oh, some of my *favorite* quilt shops there! Quilt Basket is the oldest shop in Tucson, and I have so many good memories in all it’s locations. Last year, I found some wonderful hand embroidery threads there. Sew Hip I don’t know, but Cactus Quilt Shop is another favorite. She always has great SW patterns. Quilter’s Market always makes me feel that I’ve entered a bright, happy quilt oasis!
Are all those pictures from Stitchin’ Heaven? My goodness! Another favorite place, and you were in Holbrook! Not many people can say that. LOL Wonderful quilt shops, and wonderful national parks in all those states. I know you will be happy to be home, but you really hit some great spots!
